About the CIO position
We are looking for a Chief Information Officer who will oversee the use of information technologies in our company. Your duties will include devising the company’s IT strategy and ensuring that our information technology adds the maximum value to our company٫ supporting its operations and objectives.
You should have a solid IT background and consistently keep up-to-date with the industry trends. Besides٫ you should possess good leadership abilities and a strong strategic and business acumen.

CIO responsibilities are:
- Organize IT-related projects٫ setting objectives and strategies for the entire IT department
- Find and implement suitable technologies to optimize all internal operations and increase their strategic benefits
- Develop technological systems and platforms to improve customer experience
- Consult and lead IT professionals and other staff within the organization
- Review purchases of technological equipment and software and establish partnerships with IT providers
- Monitor company's technological infrastructure٫ including networks and computer systems٫ and ensure its optimal performance
- Analyze the costs٫ value and risks of information technology to advise management and suggest actions
- Perform close monitoring of trends and changes or advancements in related fields
- Research and find ways for the company to gain competitive advantage

CIO requirements are:
- 3+ years' experience of working on a CIO or other relevant position
- Significant experience of managing IT systems and infrastructure
- Good practical experience in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis٫ budgeting and business operations
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities٫ with a strategic and business mindset
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- BSc or BA degree in computer science٫ engineering or other relevant area; MSc or MA degree will be a bonus
