About the Investment Banker position

We are looking for an experienced Investment Banker who will be tasked with evaluating companies and provide support to our clients in raising capital. You will perform effective underwriting and finance deals analysis and closing.

You should possess strong quantitative skills and sound judgement and be familiar with underwriting procedures and regulations. We also expect you to be an excellent communicator and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

Investment Banker responsibilities are:

• Organize IPOs and private equity placements
• Perform strategic research and due diligence investigations
• Discover potential investors
• Issue debt and sell equity to raise capital
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions operations
• Perform risk analysis and provide financial advices
• Participate in with corporate restructuring
• Create reports٫ models and forecasts and present them to senior management

Investment Banker requirements are:

• 3+ years' experience of working on a Investment Banker or Underwriter (http://www.link...) position
• Profound experience with valuation٫ modeling and forecasting practices
• Excellent knowledge of regulations covering securities and M&As
• Familiarity with latest current market trends
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with good stress-resistance ability
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability and professionalism
• Valid license (such as Series 7 & 66); professional certification (e.g. CFA) will be a bonus
• BSc or BA degree in finance٫ business administration or other relevant area
