About the Retail Banker position

We are looking for an experienced Retail Banker who will provide consulting services to our clients on their finances. You will be responsible for representing our bank and will have to provide high-quality customer service.

A successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively to serve a variety of customers. We also expect you to possess outstanding customer service and social skills and be confident٫ reliable and quick to resolve issues.

Retail Banker responsibilities are:

• Managing checking and savings accounts
• Consulting customers on bank's financial services such as lines of credit and mortgages
• Approaching and signing on new customers
• Cross-selling products and services
• Cooperating with your colleagues to maintain high-quality customer service
• Performing certain clerical tasks such as filing
• Responding to customer's questions and complaints٫ helping to solve them

Retail Banker requirements are:

• 3+ years' experience of working on a Retail Banker or other similar position;
• Significant experience with retail banking procedures
• Good practical experience with banking software and MS Office
• Sales or customer service experience
• Orientation at customer service
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• BSc or BA degree in Accounting٫ Business Administration or other related area
